Dulux Black Weathershield Multisurface Quick Dry Satin is a water based exterior paint for wood, metal and uPVC, in a 750ml tin. Dulux guarantees 6 year weather protection, and the satin finish is touch dry in just 1 hour.
Dulux places Black in its Cool Neutral colour family. The weatherproof paint film is mould resistant to minimise staining and flexible to prevent cracking. It goes straight onto clean uPVC, while new bare wood should be prepared with Weathershield Exterior Preservative Primer+ (BP) to make sure the 6 year protection is achieved. One honest note: on uPVC, Dulux recommends light colours only, particularly on south facing elevations, to avoid solar heat damaging the uPVC. One tin for several surfaces is great value.
