Ronseal Multi Purpose Woodfiller in Oak, 325g tube, is a ready mixed wood filler for quick repairs to small holes and gaps in wood, indoors and out. It is a great value, no mixing job that suits everyday DIY repairs.
Ronseal says it leaves a tough repair that flexes with the wood so it will not shrink or crack. It dries in two hours, and once dry it can be sanded, planed, filed, nailed and screwed, then stained, varnished or painted. It suits any size hole, with deeper gaps filled in layers of 5mm. Push it firmly in with a flat scraper and smooth it with a wet knife before it dries. It is water based with low VOC. Handy to stock up on for decorating and general fixes around the house, and a low price that suits a busy toolbox.
