Ronseal High Performance Wood Filler Hardener 30g is the catalyst you mix into Ronseal High Performance Wood Filler to get a seriously tough wood repair. It is for interior and exterior wood, and a low-priced essential if you tackle window frame or door repairs.
The hardener is one half of a two-part system. Ronseal says to mix a pea-sized amount of hardener with a golf ball-sized amount of filler before applying. Once hardened, the repair can be drilled, screwed or planed, and Ronseal says the filler can fill to any depth. It will not shrink or crack, and you can finish it with stain, varnish or paint once it is ready. Drying takes about 30 minutes. Remember this is the hardener only, so you will need the High Performance Wood Filler as well. Keep a spare in the toolbox so you can stock up for the next job.
