UK Shipping Areas
We deliver to many areas across the UK, as well as Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man and the Isles of Scilly.
Delivery options, charges and timescales may vary depending on your postcode, the items in your basket, courier availability and whether any items are dispatched directly from one of our suppliers.
The delivery options available for your order will be shown at checkout once you enter your postcode.
Mainland UK
We deliver to standard mainland UK addresses across England, Wales and most of Scotland.
Standard Delivery and Faster Delivery may be available, depending on your postcode, stock availability and the items in your basket.
Scottish Highlands and rural areas
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and some rural Scottish postcodes may be subject to a higher delivery charge due to additional courier costs.
Delivery to these areas may be available on a standard service only, and Faster Delivery may not be available.
The correct delivery options and charges will be shown at checkout once your postcode has been entered.
Scottish Isles and offshore areas
We deliver to many Scottish islands and offshore locations, including areas such as the Outer Hebrides, Orkney, Shetland and some Inner Hebrides postcodes.
These areas may be subject to higher delivery charges and extended delivery times due to courier availability and location.
Some large, heavy, restricted or supplier-direct items may not be available for delivery to all island or offshore postcodes.
Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly
We currently deliver to:
- Jersey
- Guernsey
- Isle of Man
- Isles of Scilly
Delivery charges, courier services and delivery timescales may vary for these areas.
Some products, including large, heavy, restricted or supplier-direct items, may not be available for delivery to every postcode in these locations.
Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland
We do not currently deliver to:
- Northern Ireland
- Republic of Ireland
This includes home delivery and Click & Collect orders.
Areas we do not currently deliver to
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept orders for delivery to:
- Northern Ireland
- Republic of Ireland
- British Forces Post Office addresses
- Freight forwarders
- International addresses outside of the UK, Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man
If we are unable to deliver an item to your address, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Product and supplier restrictions
Delivery availability may vary by product, postcode, courier and supplier.
Some items may have delivery restrictions due to size, weight, fragility, hazardous contents, supplier arrangements or courier limitations.
This may apply to:
- Large or bulky items
- Heavy items
- Fragile products
- Restricted or hazardous items
- Supplier-direct or dropshipped products
- Click & Collect Only products
If a product cannot be delivered to your postcode, this will usually be shown on the product page, in your basket, at checkout, or confirmed by our customer service team.

If your address is within one of our accepted delivery areas but your postcode is not being recognised on the product page, in your basket or at checkout, please let us know.
