Delivery Charges
Our delivery charges depend on your delivery address, the items in your basket and the delivery services available for your postcode. All delivery charges are inclusive of VAT.
The delivery options and charges available for your order will be displayed automatically at checkout once you enter your delivery postcode. The final delivery charge will be shown at checkout before payment is taken.

Click & Collect is free
Click & Collect is always free. Choose Click & Collect to collect from one of our participating Home Hardware stores at no charge.
Product availability for Click & Collect can be checked on the product page and in your basket once you have selected your preferred collection store.
Not all products are available for Click & Collect. If Click & Collect is not available for an item, this will be shown on the product page or in your basket before you place your order.
Faster Delivery
Faster Delivery is available on eligible items and eligible delivery postcodes only. If Faster Delivery is available for your order, this option will be shown at checkout.
Faster Delivery applies to working days only and does not include weekends or bank holidays.
Orders placed after our daily dispatch cut-off (12pm), at weekends or on bank holidays will usually be processed on the next working day.
Large, heavy or bulky items
Some large, heavy, fragile or bulky items may have different delivery options, delivery charges or extended delivery timescales.
Larger items may only be available for delivery Monday to Friday. Some larger products may also be delivered to kerbside only, depending on the courier, supplier and product type.
If any additional delivery restrictions apply, these will be shown on the product page, at checkout, or confirmed by our customer service team.
Multiple parcels and delivery charges
Some orders may need to be sent in more than one parcel due to the size, weight, quantity or type of items ordered.
Where an order needs to be split into multiple parcels or consignments, more than one delivery charge may apply. Any applicable delivery charges will be calculated and shown at checkout before payment is taken.
This may apply to orders containing bulky items, heavy products, fragile goods, restricted items, large quantities of the same product, or items dispatched from different locations.
If your order is sent in more than one parcel, you may receive separate dispatch confirmations, courier updates or tracking details.
Supplier-direct deliveries
Some items may be dispatched directly from one of our suppliers. These are sometimes called supplier-direct or direct-shipping items.
Supplier-direct items may have different delivery charges, delivery timescales or courier arrangements. Delivery options such as Faster Delivery, Click & Collect or named day delivery may not be available for these items.
Where an item is dispatched directly from a supplier, this will be shown on the product page, at checkout, or confirmed after your order is placed.
Remote areas and extended delivery times
Some areas may be subject to extended delivery times due to location, courier availability or supplier restrictions.
This may include Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Wight, offshore addresses and other remote or rural postcodes.
Any available delivery options and charges will be shown at checkout once your postcode has been entered.
Areas we do not currently deliver to
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept orders for delivery to:
- Northern Ireland
- Republic of Ireland
- British Forces Post Office addresses
- Freight forwarders
- International addresses outside of the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man
We do deliver to Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man and the Isles of Scilly, although delivery services, charges and timescales may vary by postcode, courier, product type and supplier.
Delivery availability may vary for some large, heavy, restricted or supplier-direct items. If we are unable to deliver an item to your address, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Working days
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Delivery timescales are estimates and may be affected by busy periods, courier delays, supplier dispatch times, adverse weather, access restrictions or other circumstances outside our control.
