Keeping Our Loyalty Scheme Fair & Sustainable

Our Loyalty Card Scheme has recently been updated to ensure it remains fair, transparent and sustainable for all customers.

To maintain the long-term future of the scheme and to ensure it continues to reward genuine local shopping, a minimum spend per stamp now applies in each store. The number of stamps required to complete a card has also been standardised.

These changes help us protect the value of the reward while continuing to support our independent local stores.

How it works

• Customers receive 1 stamp per qualifying purchase.

• Once 10 stamps have been collected, the completed loyalty card can be redeemed for 10% off your next purchase.

• The discount is applied after the loyalty card has been fully completed.

Important information

• The Loyalty Card Scheme is valid in-store only and is not available online.

• A minimum spend per stamp applies and may vary by store. This ensures the scheme remains fair and sustainable for all customers. Please check with your local store for details.

• Loyalty cards must be presented at the time of purchase to receive a stamp.

• Completed loyalty cards must be presented at the time of redemption to receive the discount.

• The 10% discount cannot be exchanged for cash.

• The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless stated otherwise.

• Lost, damaged, or incomplete loyalty cards cannot be replaced.

• Home Hardware reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Loyalty Card Scheme at any time without prior notice.
